-Hidden away behind a non-descript façade, a high wall for security, and in a quiet Ixtapa residential area, awaits Casa del Patron. This was once the Mayor’s private residence. It has since become a sanctuary for guests who enjoy more personal and comfortable accommodations than the average, all-inclusive tourist. We have a special place here that is beautiful, quiet, never overcrowded, always very comfortable, and secure.

Our eleven rooms and suites are situated around a beautiful courtyard complete with a meandering pool that connects the two sides of the villa. The sound of water cascading over the waterfall into the pool brings a great sense of peace and serenity. There is also covered patio bar/entertainment area near the pool where you can let go of stress. There is also a small stage for musicians near the entertainment area, if there is a desire for live music during a social meeting or meal.

The suites have private bathrooms and come equipped with remote controlled and quiet mini-split air conditioners. All but one have king sized beds, and the exception has two double beds.

There are two master suites which have private plunge pools, king sized beds, lounge areas, room-sized walk-in closets with dressing areas, mini-refrigerators, and master baths also have bidets.

Off the courtyard tucked away in a separate building are two rooms with mini kitchens, king size beds, A/C, private baths, and small private terraces with dining areas. The mini-kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove top, microwave, and sinks. There are also two additional private rooms without kitchens, which are well suited for travelers on a tight budget.

Casa del Patron is a great place for entertaining and relaxing. With our bright sun lit common area and landscaped garden around the beautiful pool there are endless possibilities for entertainment or just relaxing. The covered patio area can comfortably host from 5 to 25. There is a back alley service entrance for catering. Renting the entire villa gives you access to the full kitchen and cook upon request.
